After upgrading to Office XP we noticed that .gif files
that are added to presentations do not keep their
background transparency between different PC's accessing
the same ppt file.
If I go through the presentation and make all the
backgrounds transparent on my PC then save to our server,
other PC's with the same version of Office XP Powerpoint
always shows the graphic without that gif background
being transparent. This didn't happen with PPT 2000.
How can this be fixed without going through every
slide of a presentation each time it's loaded on a
different computer?
