PPT 2007 Hyperlink issues. Want to create master doc with hyperlin

Would like to create a master presentation that will be repurposed for
different clients. Would like to include a hyperlink in the master that
always takes me back to the page i need even when adding new slides and such.
Right now i have it linking to an exact slide (eg. Slide 33), but if i add
new slides, slide 33 changes rendering my link useless. Any ideas?? Thanks!

If you create a link to Slide 33 it should always link to that particular
slide unless you delete it. This is true even if the slide is no longer in
position 33.

Thanks Steve and John....

I thought that the link would link to the exact slide (even if the slide
moves), but I find that not to be the case...it only links to slide 33 - so
if i insert a slide above it, then the slide i wanted to link to becomes
slide34 and the link now points to the new 33....

Why is that? According to you both it shouldn't be the case, right?

How did you create the link? (Step-by-step, please, because I can think of
three different ways to add a link right off the top of my head!)
