PPT 2003 Need to insert existing presentation into a slide of new

I need to insert a small existing PowerPoint presentation into a slide in
another slide show.

Why don't you use Insert - Object - from file - browse to your file, select
and insert.

Thanks, that's what I tried.
Using menu selection <Insert> <Object> <select create from file> < browse to
the filename> <click OK> places the first slide of the add in presentation
into a blank slide. However, when the master presentation runs, that first
page is all that displays.

George,
It will display when you click on it, you can show all slides and PPT will
return you to the original show after the last slide has been reached. If
clicking does not work, go to the custom animation task pane, with the
object selected, go to add effect button, at the bottom there should be
something like action settings, you can choose view. But normally that
should not be necessary.

Steve, your post got it done quickly and simply, and it didn't use my master
slide for the inserted presentation slides. This was an early issue.
Luc, thanks for the post, your solution probly would have worked, but
Steve's was quicker.

I'm afraid I misinterpreted your question, I thought you wanted to show the
other presentation in presentation mode without leaving the orginal
presentation. Luckily Steve hit the nail on the head.
