I had to reload my computer once again. The ADSL modem that I was using caused the OS to finally crash. I was able to recover using the various methods but in the end I had to reload. Now when I attempt to load the new ADSL modem, I an unable to select the Some of the normal options within the Wizard for connecting to the internet. It appears that the options a simply not available. Is there something I can do about it?

I'll try it out. yesterday I also attempted the proposed
fix in one of the knowledge base posts. It didn't work.
Drop back and punt. I believe that the Trust ADSL modem is
causing a multitude of problems with the computer. Thanks
