PPC outlook contact voice tag calling

Hi,

In PPC Outlook contact, I do not see any notification that can tell
that voice tag dialling is done.

In fact, when user places a voice tag , to say cell no.
then while voice tag dialling, It will send message to outlook and
then outlook will work just like user has pressed "call Mobile" .

I want to know how , after succesfull voice tag matching, outlook
comes to know that I need to dial this contact's this number.

I guess ther should be some message sending or notification but what
are that?

Thanks for help!!

outlook hooks into the OS's dialer - so it would be however the ppc handles
it.

Hi, Thanks for interest.

But if this is the case, than outlook/OS should open directly the exe
that is dedicated to make phone calls.

Let me elaborate :

When I open that "phone- (cprog.exe)" directly, or I click "call Home"
it opens sthe same exe file from windows directory.
Now, for testing purpose, I have replaces that exe file with my own
exe file having the same name.

In this case, when I open the exe directly via start menu, program
shortcut or even from its original path, I can get my applicatiopn
runnig. As I have printed a messagebox in APPINIT.

But when I click call home from Microsoft outlook, I do not get that
notification.
This means that It is not calling that same application directly but
may be posting some messages or sending some notifications that is not
responded as my cprog.exe has replaces the old cprog.exe and hence it
is not catching that notifications.

So, now is there any way to open my application in place of default
one? specially when user calls it from outlook or via voice tag
dialling.

For me, rightnow even it is OK if i can come to knwo that how my phone
application can work with sddialer (default -voice tag recognizer).

Thanks for reading....
Plz help
