Powertoys Virtual Desktop Manager: removing "MSVDM" tag, desktop-specific icons?

Hello everyone

just recently, I installed the Virtual Desktop Manager from the XP Powertoys - and I have to admit that it's quite a nice tool
However, there are two things that are bothering me
1. Next to the icons for switching between virtual desktops, there's this "MSVDM" tag (see >> http://server5.uploadit.org/files/JonnieDoe-MSVDM.jpg <<) taking up quite some space in the task bar. There doesn't seem to be a regular way to get rid of it - Is there any workaround for this tag to disappear
2. Is there any way to make the icons stored on the desktop change too when switching between virtual desktops? So desktop 1 could contain all shortcuts to office tools, desktop 2 might have only gaming-related stuff on it etc.!

I'd appreciate any helpful hints
