I am trying to set up a slide master with transitions and music. When
testing the master, I set it up for a kiosk, but the slides will not
follow the selected transition from slide 2 to 3, slide 3 to 4 etc (ie
the transitions only work from the title slide to the second slide and
from the last slide back to the first slide).
