I get the following message when trying to open a Powerpoint 2003 file:

There was an error accessing <filename>. Is there any way to repair the file?

Have you applied Service Pack 1 (SP1). If not, do it, and see if it fixes
your problem. SP1 is often the solution to this problem (assuming the file
isn't really corrupt).
