powerpoint

You can't open/read the email or you can't open/view the pp slide show?
Error messages? What exactly happens when you try? Do you have power point?
More info needed.....

if I would like to fix the problem now, I click yes and
nothing happens. Found power point viewer 95 and
downloaded it with no help.

I'm not sure what your trying to open here. A power point presentation will
have an extension of .ppt or .pps. When you get the email what is the
attachments file name?
 
wpwin10.dll is a library file for WordPerfect and not a powerpoint
presentation.
