powerpoint versionz

i recently saved a powerpoint project. I made some adjustments on another
computer which had an older version. Subsequently on trying to open the
modified document on my computer, my version doesnt seem to be able to
recognise the file. Is there anythin i could to to retrieve it??

Which version of PowerPoint is installed on your computer? Which version is
installed on the other computer? PowerPoint 2003 can usually open all files
as old as 97 (or younger).

If your computer has PPT 2003, choose Help, Check for Updates and apply any
recommended patches. Among other things, this'll fix a known problem that
sounds like a dead match for what's happening to you.
