Powerpoint to Flash

This may not be the correct forum to ask this question, but, what is the
best program to convert a powerpoint 2003 presentation into flash for my
WebCT course. I have heard of Impatica and Presentation Pro, but, I would
like to buy the best software available. Any opinions would be welcome.
