PowerPoint template with a pre-formatted chart

Hi guys

Can someone suggest the best way to have a standard corporate template
that includes a pre-formatted chart which may or may not be used. The
idea is that if someone requires a chart, the 'shell' is already
there, but it could be deleted if not required. My knowledge of
PowerPoint 2003 is basic.

Either provide a sample slide with a formatted chart and instruct your users
to copy it and change the data, or provide them with user-defined charts and
send the GRUSRGAL.GRA file to your users with instructions on where to save
it:
