Okay,
I know how to copy and paste the slide into the body of my Outlook
email. The problem I'm having is that when I email it to someone the
images are all grainy/fuzzy. Is there anything I can do to make the
images appear as they do in Powerpoint?? Thank You

If you're really want to email your slideshow, I don't recommend you just
copy and past slides into the mail body. I just suggest you to read an
article "Perfectionist's PowerPoint Tip: How to E-mail Your PowerPoint
Presentations to Others Perfectly":
http://www.sameshow.com/ppt2flash/email-your-powerpoint-presentations-to-others-perfectly.html

I hope it helps you get better ideas to email your PowerPoint presentaion.

It may have a lot to do with the contents of the PPT slide, but one thing you
might try is exporting slides as images and then adding those to the body of
the email instead.

You can do File, Save As to export any slide or all slides to JPG, PNG or
several other image formats.

If the image quality still isn't up to par, have a look here:

Improve PowerPoint's GIF, BMP, PNG, JPG export resolution

If that *still* doesn't do it, shoot Outlook? ;-)
