PowerPoint should include more templates

(I'm using PowerPoint 2003)
I think future versions of PowerPoint should include more backgrounds. In PP
2003, there are several backgrounds which are virtually the same. There
should be a wider variety, so you don't have to download every template you
want to use.

There are literally thousands of "backgrounds" out there. just do a Google
search for "PowerPoint Template"

I think future versions should not have ANY backgrounds.
Why should I provide disk space for something I'm unlikely to ever use?
As Michael said google is a neat tool that will get me what I want and
even better is that it will get it ONLY when I want it. :-)

A reasonable request. But you can choose a Custom install and opt not to
install the stock templates or the extra set. Or once you've installed them and
had a look to see which ones you do/don't want, you can delete any unneeded ones
easily enough.
