Powerpoint send to Word Template

I have created a presentation in Powerpoint (XP). When I use FILE > Send To Word, a new Word document is created. Is there a way to create a template which will have the same size slide format be brought into the Word document? e.g. I have the ppt doc. use the Send To Word command. The slide from Powerpoint becomes very small. In order to get it to a readable size, I need to format the new word object to approx. 120% just to bring it to the original size of the powerpoint slide. Also, can information from the Powerpoint header and footer(s) be brought into Word using the Send To command
Thanks

Hi Rich

When PowerPoint creates a Word document, you can then open that document and
choose File > Save As to save it as a template.

The rest of your questions are, I think, about PowerPoint functionality. So
I suggest you ask in a PowerPoint newsgroup.

Hope this helps.
