Powerpoint Presentations I send are not running when opened by rec

When I send a Powerpoint Presentation which includes a slideshow with Music
that was put together by PhotoStory 3, it is not playing on the recipients
computer. All they see is a black screen, I have saved it as a pps file.
anyone got any ideas please
