PowerPoint presentation problem in web site

I have an MS Power Point presentation which I have saved in HTML format
and linked this to my web site. PowerPoint 2002

http://www.dhpot.demon.co.uk
See CeramDat Glaze Calculation page. Scroll down to view a demo and
'Click Here'. This brings up the presentation.

The pages in the presentation consist of .JPG images with some text and
arrows.

This works fine with most people who connect to it, but I have one
person who says that the images do not show up on her screen, only the
text and arrows show up.

I wonder if this is a settings problem with her browser and that in the
Advanced settings she has a box ticked which should be un-ticked in
order for the images to be displayed.

Can anyone please advise me.

The only thing I have come across in this area, is if the user has pop-ups
blocked on this site will stop PowerPoint presentations from functioning
properly. If you do come across something different, please get back to us so
that we can put the results to good use.

What browser and version does the user have?
Do images appear when she visits other sites or is it just yours?
Can she see the other images on your site (in other words, is it just the
images in PowerPoint that disappear)?

She can see other images on my web site so her problem is only with the
images in PowerPoint. I have not been able to find out which browser she
is using. Her SP is AOL and her operating system is some version of MS
Windows. Again I don't know which.

OK, as a test, try one of the other publishing options in PPT.
For example:

Choose Tools, Options, click General tab.
Click Web Options.
On the Browsers tab, choose an earlier browser version -- MSIE4 & Netscape for
example. That will change some of the other options below automatically.
Don't change the automatic settings.

OK your way out and publish / upload a test page or two for the user to try
out.

Steve,

That looks interesting and I will try it out. I had never explored that
bit of PowerPoint so if nothing else I learnt something.

Many thanks for your help.

David
