PowerPoint needs animation mode print option

When creating a PowerPoint charts presentation, users often print
intermediate versions for working reviews. Additionally, they may print a
presentation for the audience.

High-end presentations take full advantage of the custom animation function,
such that multiple objects appear and disappear in the same section of the
page with animation. Printing such a chart results in something that is not
understandable.

The print panel needs an option (defaulted to off) that lets the user force
PowerPoint to print not just every page, but every animation step of every
page. This allows a hardcopy to remain intelligible and useful while still
allowing a presenter to take advantage of animation functionality.
