PowerPoint MPEG + Text

Guest

I'm trying to use an MPEG movie file as a background in PowerPoint. When I
add text on the top layer and then play the show, it shows the text for a
moment and then the text disappears when the video loop starts. Any idea how
to keep the text on top of the movie?

Thanks,

In PowerPoint, you can't place text or object over a video. Video clip will
always be on top.

OfficeOne Add-in seems to have a possible workaround:
Show text over video
