Powerpoint help

When I download a powerpoint file, IE asks me to either find the appropriate
program online to open the document or save the file to my computer. I have
powerpoint installed, how do I get my computer to recognize to open this in
powerpoint.
 
Right click the file in wndows explorer then from the list select "Open
With". Select "Powerpoint".

Anything else you would be better asking in the powerpoint forum as this one
is for access
