PowerPoint freezes up when I try to play video clips

After I have inserted a movie from file in PowerPoint, the program freezes up
when I click on to play them. The screen turns green and then I have to use
'ctl' 'alt' 'del' to end the program.

Murry,

Sounds like you have an incompatible file type for use in PowerPoint. May I
suggest you give PFCMedia a try to correct this automatically? You may
