Powerpoint 2003

I recently installed Powerpoint 2003 on my laptop. The performance speed
(for editing, creating, etc) is very, very slow. How can I correct this
problem?

This newsgroup deals with MS Access, a relational database application
program.
You'll need to post this question on the appropriate PowerPoint newsgroup.
When you do, let the group know what version of Powerpoint you're running,
and describe your computer and operating system.
