PowerPoint 2003 Upgrade

Liz K.

I am running Windows XP and Office 2003 on new HP pavilion.
I purchased the upgrade version of PowerPoint 2003, but it
says it is to be installed on Office XP or Office 2003. Is
there any way I can use this upgrade, or do I need to
purchase the full version of PowerPoint?

I'm confused. If your HP pavillion si already running Office 2003, why would
you need to upgrade to PowerPoint 2003? PowerPoint 2003 is part of Office
2003. Did you mean the PC has MS Works 2003?

It appears to be Office 2003 Basic. When I placed the
order for the pavilion I was not offered any choice and did
not know there were several Office 2003 versions -- thought
I was getting the full program. However, I have no
PowerPoint, but need to add it some way.

I think you are right, that it is 2003 Basic.

Might be Office 2003 Basic...

(But I'm also confused, so don't feel too bad! <g>)
