I have a Windows 2000 advanced server and upon logout, as
well as reboot, a dialogue box comes up saying that Power
Meter is not resoponding, with End Now and Cancel as my
options.
Can you please help.

I don't have an answer, but startiing 2 days ago 3 sets of Windows2000
cluster servers (6 servers total) spontaneously started exibiting this
condition. Other symptoms on all three are:
Freezing when right-clicking on certain files.
Very long wait time to get a desktop when terminal serving into the
server.
2 of the clusters are print servers and right-clicking on a printer
object will throw the spooler object offline.
None of the 6 servers have had anything, including updates, installed
in the last week. Symantic virus defs are up to date.
