[Sherri in Trouble]

I recently downloaded a copy of P.U.P. 5.0 from John
Walk's webpage. I get this error each time I open Excel
2002

MICROSOFT VISUAL BASIC
SYSTEM ERROR &H8000FFFF (-2147418113)
Catastrophic failure

then I press ok and get

MICROSOFT VISUAL BASIC

OUT OF MEMORY

then the program don't work, it worked for about a week
prior. I deleted it and re downloaded it and installed
it, same error messages I am getting.

Please Advise.

I have ordered the registered version to arrive by U.S.
Mail and expecting delivery anyday, I don't want to
install the paid for version if I am going to get the
same error messages.

Please advise.
