Power User Profile dissapears

I have few Windows XP Pro desktops computers. The "Power User" profile
automatically dissapears from user accounts when the machine is restarted.

Any Help will be greatly appriciated.

What do you mean by The "Power User" profile ?? If you mean the users were
members of the power users group and then they are not then possibly Group
Policy Restricted Groups is managing local group memberships if the
computers are members of an Active Directory domain an in such case running
rsop.msc on them may show that and the GPO applying the policy.
