Power User permissions

In Windows 2000 a power user can map a network printer to
LPT1.

In Windows XP a power user CANNOT map a network printer to
LPT1.

Does anybody know of a list or document that will tell me
all of the differences between Windows 2000 and Windows XP
in Power User permissions/priviledges?
 
You mean, "Limited" account right? In XP there is no "power User" although the "limited" account surely acts like a power user account in XP.
