Power Usage of Card

Is there a way for me to monitor how much power is being used by a RADEON
9800 Pro?

Stick ammeters in series with the +5V and +12V lines. Multiply current
reading by the respective line's voltage and you get power. You were
probably hoping for a software solution, though.
 
Its 54w max.
