Anyone have any thoughts on the X-Clio 450W? Here's one review I
found:

Any thoughts on Seasonic? I'm considering either their Super Silencer
460W or their Super Tornado 400W, but I can't decide between the two.

Don't rely on reviews that don't test to the full rated power or that
don't measure amps. www.xbitlabs.com, www.silentpcreview.com,
www.tomshardware.com, www.slcentral.com, and www.3dvelocity.com are
some of the few places that do real full load testing.

According to www.ul.com, the UL registration for the XClio 450W,
E161451, indicates that it's made by Channel Well Technology, the same
company that produces Antecs. Unfortunately Channel Well's quality
varies greatly, all the way from Antec TruePower down to slightly
better than the best Deer PSUs, but htat particular XClio seems a lot
closer to an Antec, probably a SmartPower (I don't see the load
resistor commonly found on the heatsinks of TruePowers).

Thanks for the replies and links. I'm definitely going to check them
out. I know Antec is supposed to be a good psu, but my experience
hasn't been good. I've had 2 of them die on me. I'm going to check
out the links you posted to see what they say about Seasonic.
