power supply for gaming computer

I'm planning on putting together a computer, and I want to make sure
I'm doing this right -- what output level power supply do I need? The
components will most likely be ...

motherboard: EVGA nForce 680i SLI 775 A1
CPU: Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce 8800 GTX 768MB PCIe
RAM: 2 x Mushkin XP 2-8500 1G
HD: 2 x WD Caviar SE16 500G
sound card: SoundBlaster X-Fi Extreme Gamer
optical drive: (unsure, but something DVD+/-R)

If you have any critiques on this setup, that would be neat, too, but
I'm mainly concerned with making sure I've got the right power supply.

Thanks a lot!

I have a similar system and chose an Antec 650 Watt Trio (and the shop that
built it supported my decision wholeheartedly.) It has worked excellently
for months.
