Case and power supply for a new workstation

I am going to build a system for my daughter--it is a workstation she
will use to run 3D Maxx, Auto CAD, and Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
It will run WinXP 64-bit.

A few months ago I built a system for myself and used an Antec 182 case
with a Corsair 620HX power supply. I have been very happy with that
combination except that it is so quiet I can't tell that it is on ;-)

Are there any other cases/power supply combos I should look at? I
wouldn't mind spending less money if I can get away with it. WRT the
power supply, the system will run an ASUS P5K mb with 8 G of RAM, one
hdd (2 at the max), a Core 2 Quad processor (Q6600), and a video card
like an eVGA e-GeForce 9600 GT 512MB DDR3 PCI-E 2.0 Graphics Card, and a
DVD so I can probably comfortably use a power supply in the 450+ range.

Thanks for your advice,
Ken K

You could opt for the Corsair CMPSU-450VX which is a good unit. I prefer
the CMPSU-620HX because it's modular and has enough power for any
moderate hardware upgrades.

I like the Antec NeoHe PSU modular power cords fairly quiet. IIRC mine
is a 500w or 550w.

HX620 seconded.
