We have a new dell computer. Isn't microsoft power point
supposed to be on the computer. I can't find it in the
list of programs?

No.

PowerPoint is a program you buy. It does not have to be included with a
computer. Just like if you buy a new PlayStation, the game Tombraider2 will
not be included unless you buy it or it's included as a special deal.

Dell is very careful to describe what comes with your computer at the time
of purchase. Did you not read the description? If you bought it online, you
have to order the machine with Office (which PowerPoint is a part of).

If you got Office Business Edition or Works with the computer, sorry...
those do not include PowerPoint either.
