power point and notes

I have had a few presenters ask me how we can get their notes at the bottom
of power point to show up on their laptop while the full screen power point
is projected on the screen ; so you can't see their notes. I told them it
cannont be done. So, can this be done? If so, How?

That's what Presenter View does. You will need to activate the laptop's dual
screen. Sometimes the laptop will help out here. In 2003 Go to Slide Show |
Set up Show and on the right select multiple monitors. The computer will look
for the second monitor and hopefully direct you from there. The laptop should
show the notes below a small version of the slide and on the left you get a
preview of about 5 slides. Post back if you need more help and let us know
what version of Powerpoint you are using and also the operating system.
