I have Windows XP 2003. I have been trying to insert clip art and I keep
getting this message:
Clip Organizer cannot complete the operation. The specified module could not
be found. Error Code Ox8007007E

You receive a "Clip organizer cannot complete operation the specified procedure could not be found error code 0x8007007f" error message when you try to insert Clip Art into an Office document or publication
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/884424/en-us

You receive a "Not enough memory" error message when you search for clips in an Office document during a Terminal Services session
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/821257/en-us

Notice the error code in the first article does not match yours but the message does. The second article has your error code yet the message is different.

C:\Program Files\Support Tools>net helpmsg 126 [this is 7e in decimal]

The specified module could not be found.

C:\Program Files\Support Tools>net helpmsg 127 [this is 7f in decimal]

The specified procedure could not be found.

The first is caused by a missing file and the second by a wrong version of a file.
