Clip Art help

I know this is OT, but I asked in the MS Word groups and got no answer. I've
always found this NG helpful, so...
Hello all. I'm using Office 2003, and just tried to insert clip-art into a
document. When I searched for the art, all I got was placeholders. I
couldn't see any of the pics. When I tried to use the Clip-Art Organiser, I
got an error saying "Clip Organiser cannot complete the operation. Interface
not registerred. Error code 0x80040155. I reinstalled Word to no avail.
Can anyone help me see and use the Clip-Art?
Many thanks.

Yes, it sort of worked. It now shows a couple of the clip art, and I can
insert them. Slowed down Word operations quite a bit, though. But it's
better than it was before.
Thanks!

There are a boat load of things that can slow Word down.

Try posting on a Word nesgroup.

You might want to look at this also.

How to find out whether any Word Add-ins have been installed
Or: I have new menu and toolbar items and I can't find out where they came
from
Or: Word started slowing down after I installed another program
