Power Point Viewer

Hi. I am trying to use the Power Point viewer to review an Excel training
program by Gerard Verschuuren. I am unable to get the training module to
work. His advice is to 1 -Open PowerPoint with a blank presentation. 2-
Select its menu Tools / Options. 3 - Click on the Security Tab. 4- Set
Macro Security to Medium. 5- Close Powerpoint and open show again.
For some reason I do not know how to open powerpoint with a blank
presentation. When I open the Power point Viewer I get the MSFT Office
PowerPoint Viewer window with "Look in" (file) but I don't see anything about
Tool or options?
What should I do?

Chris,
I am afraid you will need the full PowerPoint and not just the viewer to do
what you want. The viewer is only meant to let you see the presentation as
it is, no editing or anything else is possible.
