Power Point -- Saving a Read-Only file

How do I change a file to NOT be read-only in PowerPoint? When I attempt to
save the file to a CD it says it can't because it's a read only file....
although if I save it to the C drive it's ok and it allows that. I don't
know how the file got changed to read-only -- but I need to have it taken
off. Please assist?

Its the CD that's "read only". You will need to use CD burning software
probably with a new CDR.
