Power Point problem

While I am using PowerPoint and I click on a new slide the slide layout and
the design templates options do not appear (side frame), only when you pass
over the design a frame appears and nothing in it, when you click on it, it
gives you the design but you can not see it. I reinstalled powerpoint couple
of times but after each time it works for once or twice and then they
disappear another time.

You may want to try emptying the temp file (in docs and settings / your name
/ local settings) if that doesnt work try a read here
