Power Point download

I have Windows XP and have been looking for a download
that will allow me to accept a presentation from a Power
Point User. The closest one that I found was Item #13 on
the Download Center but this didn't appear applicable for
my XP operating system.

Suggestions as to where to find this or what newsgroups
could be useful, would be greatly appreciated.

If you're referring to PP viewer 97, it should work fine.

I guess I'd go for the PowerPoint 2003 Viewer (latest) available at
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/...27-43AB-4F24-90B7-A94784AF71A4&displaylang=en
which I found by searching the download page for "powerpoint viewer".

The Powerpoint viewer is suitable for use from any version of windows.

the older '97' one is currently #4 and the new 2003 one #5

Either will work in Windows XP
