Power Point 2007 beta 2 has grayscale problems for printing handouts. The
color slides will not become grayscale for printing. Has any one had the same
problem with a fix?

What happens if you print? How do they look like?

OK, when the slides are black text on white background, then they print black
on white. However, if the text is yellow on a dark blue background, then you
can barely see the text after printing. The issue is that using the feature
to change the color slides to a grayscale or back and white, etc., the PPT
2007 does not change it. I do not want to change all of the fonts into black
text throughout the file. In order for me to meet deadline dates, I installed
Office PowerPoint 2003 and was able to change the color slides into grayscale
easily. So, now I have PPT 2007 as well as PPT 2003. If there is an easy fix
to change color slides into grayscale, I would be interested to hear from
you. Thanks for your cooperation and patience.

I don't think there's an easy fix for this, Myron. I know the PPT developers
are still working on the whole B/W and Grayscale things -- or at least that
was the case not very long ago -- and they're not working properly in Beta
2.

If you want to send me a sample slide or two, I can take a look, but I
suspect using 2003 for this is going to be the way to go for now. email is
echos at indy dot net.
