is there a conversion problem from power point 2000 to
power point 2002 sp2? presentations not showing custom
logo when presentation was originally made with pp 2000.
is there a fix or a work around?

If it's just not showing up, it might be your video drivers on the 2002
machine. Try updating them. Also see if changing hardware acceleration
