Can anyone tell me how to include music in my PP (saved as a presentation) so
that when I send it as an attachment the receiver will be able to hear it
when they play the Power Point?

Thank you Lucy,
I followed the directions to put all files into one folder and to change kb
size to 50000. Now the file is too large to email at 69MB.

That is the fault of your ISP or their ISP, not Powerpoint. Too bad.

What type of music file are you trying to send with your presentation, and what is it's file size?

How big is the music file? If the music file is very large, there won't
be an easy way to send it without reducing the size of the music file
(such as using sound editing software). If it is a PowerPoint issue that
is making it large, then see Lucy's post about various ways to try to
reduce the file size in PowerPoint.
