Power Options

I work in a public school district and I need our Windows
XP workstations to start powered on all day long. How do
I get the default power setting changed to "Always On"?
 
Go to "Start", "Control Panel", "Power Options" then in the drop downs
select "Always On"
 
But this will not stay for all users. I have
approximately 400 users signing into these workstations
every day. I need to find a way to keep the power on all
the time.
