Power Options

No matter how I set my Power Options, my monitor/hard drive will not shut
down, my system will not standby or hibernate. Possibly related is that my
screen saver will never come on. What is wrong?

Also, if I use my computer three times daily (once at 7am, once at 1pm, and
once at 6pm), will I be using more power to shut my computer down and restart
it each time I use it, or have it hibernate?
 
Go to the manufacturer's web site and get the latest video drivers for your
video card and install them.
