Power Option Properties

I've searched, but can't find any info on the problem that I am
having.

I have an APC E500 UPS attached via USB. I go into the Control Panel,
click on the Power Options

My problem:
Click on the Alarms tab
Select either Low Battery or Critical Battery Alarm Action
Place a check mark in the "When the alarm occurs, run this program"
Click on the Configure Program button
In the Critical Battery Alarm Program dialog box, I only have the
Settings tab.

I am missing the Task and Schedule tabs. I'm clueless with this one.

Here are the components I have installed so far:

USB Human Interface Device
USB Root Hub
USB User Interface
Generic USB Composite Device
Generic USB Hub
Generic USB Input Device Support
HID-compliant consumer control device
APC UPS component

Any help would be grealty appreciated. Thanks in advance.

KM,

Thanks!! That solved my problem!! Instead of deleting the Hotfix
component as the link suggested and being that I already had the
Desktop QFE Support component, I installed
WindowsXP-KB841873-x86-enu.exe manually and that worked as well.

Thanks again,

Charles
