Power Managment -restricted user

I have a end user that has restricted permissions. Under
Control Panel>Power Managment (she is on a laptop> Advanced
tab> "Prompt for password when returning from stand by".

As Domain Admin I can uncheck the box. However for some
reason it does not propigate to the normal user. And she
cannot change the settings because she does not have the
privlidges.

The only way that I can see to get around this is by adding
her to the Power User group, which I wan't to avoid at all
cost.

Any hack would be warmly welcome.
