Posting to Multiple Calendars

Hello All,

A user want to know if they can do the following:

Is it possible to post to one calendar and have that post automatically
propogate to other designated calendars, both one's own calendar and other
users? So if Jane Doe creates an appointment on her calendar that appointment
also appears on John Smith's, without John Smith having to Accept the
appointment.

Let me know if you have other questions for clarification.

If Jane Doe has permission to write to John Smiths' calendar and that calendar
is in her profile, there are third-party tools you can buy that will sync two
calendars.
