Posting to more than one user's calendar

We are in an office where the secretary posts appointments
to more than one person's calendar. Rather than retyping
the appointments to each person's calendar, is there a way
that she can make one appointment and place it in
everyone's calendar at the same time? We use Office XP.

After opening the new appointment window, click on
the "Invite Attendies" button on the toolbar. She should
then either be able to type in all applicable e-mail
addresses or select office personnel to "invite" to the
appointment and it will be sent to their computers to
either accept or decline.
