post to website?

I am currently looking for a way to pull news postings that I create in a
public folder in MS Outlook and have them automatically appear as items on
my public web page. I dont know how to get my web page to pull so that this
page is automatically updated with each new posting. I am also not sure if
this requires special software or if its just code or what. Does anyone
have any advice to offer?
 
Might want to post this in an Exchange server group for more help....
