Post SP4 Printing problem

Has anyone seen this problem where once you install
Windows 2000 SP4 on a desktop and you try printing to a
network printer it takes a extrememly long amount of time
to print. It takes a good 5 minutes spooling before it
prints where before it printed within a minute. I have
already updated the printer drivers on the print server
but this still seems to be a issue.

Any thoughts or anyone experienced this?

This is the exact problem I am experiencing. I think the problem has to do
with the print server being upgraded to SP4 now spoolsv.exe takes up much of
the CPU and I cannot figure out a solution. Server 2003 doesn't solve it.
